Kestrel — rebuilding a booking platform without a rewrite
Nine years of accumulated logic, forty thousand active users, and no window to stop shipping. We moved them one route at a time over seven months. Zero planned downtime, and they never stopped releasing.
Almanac — a design system that survived its authors
Their third attempt at a design system. The first two died when the designer who built them left. We built the third one with the engineers instead of for them; it is two years old and still in use.
