Roles and permissions

What each role can do. Anyone not listed here can raise a request and follow their own.

Role	Who it is for	Access	What it permits
Technical manager	Marguerite only	Full access	Everything, including closing a job somebody else raised and taking the building off sale.
Duty manager	Whoever is running the house tonight	Approve	Raise anything at any priority, approve spend up to 500, and mark a job urgent without asking. Cannot retire kit.
Workshop	Nathaniel and the two casuals	Respond	Pick up, comment on and close jobs. Can move a job to blocked with a reason, which is the only way a job leaves the queue without being done.
Company	Everyone else in the building	Read only	Raise a job and follow it. Cannot reassign, reprioritise, or close — including their own.
