| Duty manager | Whoever is running the house tonight | Approve | Raises anything at any priority, approves spend up to 500, and marks a job urgent without asking. Retiring kit is Marguerite’s. |
| Workshop | Nathaniel and the two casuals | Respond | Pick up, comment on and close jobs. Can move a job to blocked with a reason, which is the only way a job leaves the queue without being done. |
| Company | Everyone else in the building | Read only | Raises a job and follows it. Reassigning, reprioritising and closing sit with the duty manager — including for their own jobs. |
