Questions

When is a change actually used up?
When you approve it. You ask for a change, we build it, and you get a link to look at it before it goes live. Nothing comes off your balance until you say yes. If you ask for a revision instead, that doesn't cost you anything either.
Do my changes expire?
No. There is no monthly reset and no deadline. Buy five today and use the last one next year if that is how it works out.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes, and they add up. A five and a ten on the same website is fifteen changes in one balance. Just use the same web address each time.
What counts as a change?
Text, images, and content: new opening hours, a fresh photo, a price that moved, a paragraph that reads badly, a page that needs another section. If you can describe it in a sentence, ask for it.
What can't you do?
We turn down four kinds of request automatically: anything touching payments, anything touching logins or accounts, anything that moves or deletes your data, and anything with legal wording. Those need a person who knows your business, so we tell you rather than guessing.
Do you have to have built my website?
No. If your site is already out there, we can change it. You don't have to move it or rebuild it first.
