1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your website. If you're not satisfied with the initial design, we'll work with you through our included revision rounds to get it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
2. One-Time Build Fees
- Before work begins: If you request a cancellation before we start building your website, you will receive a full refund.
- During the build: If you cancel while your website is being built, we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
- After delivery: Once your website has been delivered and approved, the one-time build fee is non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please use your included revision rounds to request changes.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to services through that period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@brennanbuilds.dev with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
