You'll be taken through a short intake wizard where you tell us about your business, upload your logo, and pick your design preferences. Our build system starts working on your site immediately — most static sites are ready for review within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from any tier to a higher one at any time. Contact us and we'll handle the migration — you pay the price difference for the one-time setup plus the new monthly fee going forward. Your existing content and domain carry over seamlessly.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Managed Site ($29/mo) covers hosting, the admin dashboard, automatic backups, SSL renewal, and priority support. Application ($49/mo) includes everything in Managed plus end-user authentication, app functionality, higher resource limits, and SLA-backed priority support. If you cancel, your site stays live as a static snapshot but you lose self-service editing and priority support.
What happens when I reach my resource limits?
You'll receive a warning when you hit 80% of your plan's storage, page, or item limits. After that, there's a grace period so nothing breaks immediately. Our support team will reach out to help you upgrade to a higher tier or optimize your usage.
Do I own my site?
Absolutely. You own all the content and design assets. If you ever want to leave, we'll export your full site for you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — all tiers include deployment to your own custom domain. We provide a step-by-step DNS setup guide after your site is built.
What if I need changes after launch?
Managed tier customers can edit content themselves anytime. For design changes or new features, we offer quick edit requests starting at $25 each — no monthly commitment required.
