What happens after I pay?

Nothing else is asked of you. You told us about your business in the intake form before checkout. Your confirmation email arrives with a one-click link into your customer portal, the build starts immediately, and your preview lands in your inbox within 3–7 business days. From the portal you can follow the status, edit any section yourself, and approve the site to go live. It's really easy!

What if I change my mind?

Full refund if you cancel before we start building. If you cancel while the build is in progress we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed. Once your site is delivered and approved, the one-time build fee is non-refundable, but your included revision round is there to get it right. We really do want you happy with it! Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from any tier to a higher one at any time. Contact us and we'll handle the migration. You pay the price difference for the one-time setup plus the new monthly fee going forward. Your existing content and domain carry straight over. So easy!

Do all plans have a monthly fee?

No. Site is one-time payment only. You pay once, your site stays live, and you can edit your text and images yourself with no ongoing cost. Publisher ($49/mo) adds really useful dynamic collections (blog, menu, catalog) and priority support. App ($99/mo) adds end-user authentication, app functionality, higher resource limits, and SLA-backed priority support. If you ever want to add a new section or feature to your Site, that becomes a separate request. No monthly commitment required, which is great!

What happens when I reach my resource limits?

You'll get a warning when you hit 80% of your plan's storage, page, or item limits. After that, there's a grace period so nothing breaks immediately. We'll reach out and happily help you upgrade to a higher tier or optimize your usage!

Do I own my site?

Absolutely. You own all the content and design assets. If you ever want to leave, ask from the Help page in your customer portal and we'll send you the full source of your site. There's nothing to unlock and no fee. It's all yours!

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You buy the domain from any registrar, and that part isn't included in the price. Connecting it is self-service. Open your order in the customer portal, choose Set up custom domain, and we show you the exact DNS records to paste at your registrar. Your site goes live on it, with HTTPS, once they propagate. If you'd rather not deal with a domain at all, your site stays live on the URL we give you at no extra cost. Absolutely no pressure! Read the custom domain guide.

What if I need changes after launch?

All tiers can edit text and images themselves anytime. For new sections, layout changes, or new features, we offer quick edit requests starting at $39 each. No monthly commitment required, and we're always happy to quote one!
