Brennan Builds provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. Our services include website design, development, deployment, hosting, and ongoing maintenance depending on the plan selected.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and website requirements. After payment, our team will build your website based on the template you selected and the information you provided during the intake process.

3. Pricing and Payment

• One-time fees: Cover the design and initial build of your website. Payment is collected at checkout before work begins.
• Recurring fees: Some plans include a monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and content updates. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Delivery and Timelines

We aim to deliver your website within the timeframe communicated at checkout, typically within 3–7 business days depending on complexity. Timelines may vary based on the completeness of information provided and the scope of your project.

5. Revisions and Edits

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or edits beyond your plan's included rounds may incur additional fees. Edit requests can be submitted through the customer portal.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of all text, images, logos, and other content you provide to us.
• Website code: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website code for your business. The underlying templates and framework remain the property of Brennan Builds.
• Third-party assets: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party components are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Hosting and Uptime

Websites are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, network outages, or force majeure events.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful content, to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or to engage in any activity that could damage or impair our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brennan Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel a subscription plan, your website will remain live through the end of your paid period. After that, hosting and maintenance services will stop.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
