What actually happens after I pay?

Nothing you have to chase! The form you filled in goes straight into the build queue, and the next thing you hear from us is an email with your finished preview at a link you can open on your phone. There's no kickoff meeting to schedule and no discovery call to sit through, which people are always very glad about! The steps above are the entire sequence, in order.

Do I need to have my photos and wording ready first?

It helps, but it's really not a gate. The form takes whatever you have and marks the rest as gaps, so you can start with your name, your trade and a phone number and fill the thinner parts in at the revision stage. Waiting until everything is perfectly written is the single most common reason people never get a site at all!

What if the preview comes back wrong?

You say so, and it gets changed before anything goes public! A revision is included at that stage precisely because the first version is a draft. It's built from what the form told us, and the form really can't know everything. Nothing is published to your own address until you've looked at it and said yes.

Will I have to talk to anyone on the phone?

No. Every stage above is written: the form, the preview email, the notes you send back. That is deliberate rather than distant. It means the whole thing can be done at eleven at night around a job you're already working, and it means every decision is recorded in writing instead of half-remembered from a call.

Once it is live, who keeps it running?

The site itself keeps running on its own. It's hosted, it renews, and it doesn't quietly expire. What needs a person is changing it: new opening hours, a new photograph, a price that moved. You can absolutely do that yourself from the portal, or just hand it back to us and skip learning anything!
