Questions people ask
- Can I keep my current booking system?
Yes. OpenTable, Resy, Tock, a phone number, or a form. We link to whatever you already use. We are rebuilding the website around it, not replacing how you take reservations.
- What about my domain and my email?
You keep both. Your domain points at the new site when you are ready, and your email is untouched. It runs on a separate system that we do not go near.
- Who updates the menu afterwards?
You can, in plain English, from your own editor. If you would rather not think about it at all, a Care Plan means you send a sentence and we make the change for you.
- How long does it take?
You fill in a short form about your restaurant and the site is built from it. Days, not the months a bespoke agency project takes. You see it before it goes anywhere near your domain.
